Come join the fun at Westside Stables! We have over 20 years’ experience in running horseback riding camps. Our patient and trusty school horses make learning to ride pleasurable and safe. Through fun games and activities your child will also learn about important safety precautions, taking up, grooming, basic health care and stable management.

No experience necessary! We welcome beginner and novice riders. Please send your child in comfortable clothing, boots/shoes with a small heel are best, and a bicycle helmet. (We do have boots and helmets at Westside to loan if required.)

We will also be sending them home with a horsey craft they have created and a binder with all the information they have learned over the week. On Fridays we encourage parents to come watch as the kids get to decorate their horse and play games on horseback! Please bring a snack and drink as well as a lunch if doing a full day. Hope to see you there!

Full Day Program participants will enjoy a supervised lunch break - bring lunch and snacks

Half-Day (Morning) Program participants - bring a snack.
